At my new place of work there is a plasma screen in the breakout area which has freeview or cable or something (haven't worked out which yet). This morning I wandered through only to find my attention drawn to the screen where an advert was being shown.

It was a puppet dancing to a well-known track (which I can't remember the name of). I seemed to be the only one drawn to the screen as the rest were rehashing last night's football. I watched and eventually it dawned on me that I was watching Brains from Thunderbirds dancing across the screen!

It was an advert for some brand of mineral water, didn't register with me which one, but the tag line was "Brains perform better when hydrated" (or something like that). You can tell adverts really work on me! It was only because I realised it was Brains that I watched the thing at all.

There's another advert for something with someone who is supposed to be Virgil Tracy but I don't think he looks at all like him.

What's with all these Thunderbirds-related adverts? And can we expect something from Stingray next? (You can ask cuddles_batcave about the alarm on my phone!)
